Job Description

Are you a highly skilled finance professional with a passion for sustainability? Aquagreen Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Finance Director to join our team and help drive our mission to revolutionize the agriculture industry through hydroponic technology.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting;

• Lead a finance team to cover full spectrum of finance functions for Asia Region;

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards;

• Manage cash flow, investments and risk management strategies;

• Collaborate with other departments to support business growth and development;

• Lead audit preparations, ensure timely and accurate financial statements;

• Responsibility for month-end closing, management reporting and ad hoc projects;

• Finance modeling to support decision-making and business planning

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting or related field

• 10+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry

• Audit experience and familiarity with local financial regulations

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
